Little Greek Hummus
1 can garbanzo beans - washed and drained
1/2 c tahini - sesame seed paste
1/2 c lemon juice
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp citric acid
3-4 fresh mint leaves for taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley - garnish
1 tsp ceyenne pepper - garnish
1/4 c olive oil - garnish
Place garbanzo beans and garlic in food processor until smooth
Add tahini, lemon juice, salt citric acid and mint
Mix until smooth
Spread on small plate and garnish with ceyenne pepper, parsley and olive oil
