Bistro_BBQ_Shrimp

four or five large shrimp with shells on
4 tsp olive oil
1 tsp each of the following -
minced garlic
caribbean jerk seasoningTony’s seasoning
red pepper
5 tbsp worcestershire sauce
4 oz beer
1/2 stick butter

Heat olive oil in skillet
Add shrimp in shell, minced garlic, red pepper, jerk seasoning, Tony’s seasoning and worcestershire sauce
Simmer for about 3 minutes then add beer
Simmer for 5 minutes; remove from heat
Add butter to thicken sauce & serve
