NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
- HOW TO WIN: Beginning June 26, 2009 at (6:00am) and ending September 26, 2009 at (12:00pm) go Fishing, catch one of the 300 Tagged Fish at one of the seven (7) participating area lakes:
- Anacoco Lake
- Indian Creek
- Nantachie Lake
- Kincaid Lake
- Buhlow Lake
- Chicot Lake
- Red River Pool 3
- TAGGED FISH: The LA Department of Wildlife and Fisheries will catch and tag Three hundred (300) fish from the seven participating area lakes. Fish will be tagged with three hundred (300) different prize number tags and released back into the lakes prior to the Contest Period. While reasonable efforts will be undertaken to release the tagged fish over a wide geographical area, no representation is made or assurance provided that the tagged fish will be evenly distributed across the lake. In addition, because fish are natural creatures, their movements are not susceptible to control, nor can they be predicted, and there is no assurance that tagged fish will be evenly dispersed or will be present in all areas of the lakes over the course of the Contest Period. In addition, it is possible that some or all of the tagged fish may die before being caught, or for any other reason, may not be caught at all. Some or all of the tagged fish may be caught by ineligible anglers. The Contest Sponsor will have no obligation to replace dead, lost, caught before the contest beginning date of June 26, 2009 or otherwise uncatchable tagged fish with alternative tagged fish. There is no assurance that any of the tagged fish will be caught. In the event none are caught, no prizes will be awarded.
- SELECTION OF GRAND PRIZE FINALIST: Each of the tags on the three hundred (300) tagged fish will bear a prize number tag when released. From among all of the eligible tagged entries received, one (1) finalist will be selected in a random drawing by KALB/NALB or its designee on September 26, 2009. Odds of winning depend on the total number (Possible 300) of eligible entries received from Tagged fish caught during the "Catch a Winner" Fishing Rodeo. Qualifiers must be present on September 26, 2009 by 5:00pm in order to be in the drawing for the one (1) Contest Grand Prize Finalist.
- SCHEDULE OF AVAILABLE GRAND PRIZES:

- All Tagged Fish must be caught and reported between June 26, 2009 and September 26, 2009 at 12:00pm.
- Qualifiers must be present on September 26, 2009 by 5:00pm in order to be eligible to be drawn as the One (1) Contest Grand Prize Finalist.
- On September 26, 2009, KALB/NALB will provide one (1) Contest Finalist with one (1) set of forty (40) sealed security envelopes, each envelope will be identified by a unique serial number.
- One (1) Contest Finalist will open envelopes one at a time until (5) identical messages have been revealed.
- Each set of forty (40) envelopes will consist of exactly five (5) envelopes containing Prize Level A messages, six (6) envelopes containing Prize Level B messages, nine (9) envelopes containing Prize Level C messages, and twenty (20) envelopes containing Prize Level D messages.
- The Contestant must open envelopes from his/her designated set until the Contestant has matched five (5) identical messages have been matched. The five (5) matched messages will denote the Prize Level to be awarded to that Contestant.
- PRIZES: Every fish caught wins a prize. One (1) Grand Prize $100,000.00 cash, 2009 Polaris Sportsman ATV (value: $9,799.00), $1,000 Paragon Casino and Resort Weekend Getaway (or) $1,500.00 Marler Ford Accessory Package will be awarded on September 26, 2009. Approximate retail value of each prize: $10-$100,000. Total approximate retail value: $17,000-$116,000. Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on the prize won and authorizes withholding of such taxes from prizes won, as may be required by law. In order to be confirmed as the winner of any prize, a contestant will be required to complete and execute to the Contest Sponsor at the time of verification, a "Winner’s Affidavit and Release" in the form and manner prescribed by Contest Sponsor confirming the contestant’s compliance with the Contest Rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and release of claims.
- STRICT OBSERVATION OF THE RULES: Tagged fish must be caught in accordance with all state, federal and local laws, codes, rules and regulations. The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries will not tag fish that can not be legally harvested.
- ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Fishing at any of the participating lakes involves certain risk and hazards, including the risk of accidental injury or death of or loss or damage to property resulting from inclement weather, boating or other equipment accidents, drowning or other causes. By entering the Contest, all contestants agree to release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsors, SCA Promotions, Inc., and their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, debts, obligations or liabilities arising from or relating to injury or death to persons or loss or damage to property suffered or incurred during or arising out of the contestants’ participation in the Contest.
- CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules. Decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or exchanged. No substitute prizes, except at the election of Sponsor, which may substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater cash value at any time, for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. By entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising, and promotion in connection with the sweepstakes. Winner must be 18 years of age. Entrant understands that no compensation will be given for such use (where legal). Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any video tape or likeness of the winner will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner. Winners must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Sponsor accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded hereunder.
- ELIGIBILITY: Must be at least 18 years of age. Contest is open to U.S. residents, except the employees of KALB, NALB, Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, Sponsors and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising agencies, agents, fulfillment companies, printers, distributors and mailers and their immediate families (including spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses), or members of the same household of each.
