Should Rapides Parish Schools start one week later - as a way to lower the utility bill? The board talked about that tonight, but talk is all they did. In this Tuesday’s “Assignment Education”, News Channel 5’s Leigh Culbert tells us a vote won’t be taken for quite some time.
