BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - East Baton Rouge Parish sheriff’s deputies have arrested two men in a 2008 bank robbery.
Deputies said Tuesday 21-year-old Preston Carter of New Orleans and 20-year-old Jason Jackson of Baton Rouge are accused of taking
part in the Nov. 12 robbery.
A third suspect, 21-year-old Ursus Ambrose Jr. of Baton Rouge, was arrested last week.
During the robbery, two gunmen walked into a Regions Bank branch
demanding money and ordering everyone to the floor.
When the men got what they wanted, deputies say they got into a
vehicle driven by a third man and fled.
Carter, Jackson and Ambrose were booked into East Baton Rouge
Parish Prison on a count of armed robbery.
