If you’re a customer of State Farm Insurance, a disaster team is ready to help with several drive-thru sites set up around the state, one - located in Rapides Parish.
Customers who call to report a claim, for hurricane related damages to their vehicle, can also then schedule an appointment to stop by the drive-thru. Team organizers say if possible, a check can be issued before you leave.
State Farm says the only location for the Central Louisiana area is in Rapides Parish at the Home Depot in Alexandria.
