The Rapides parish sheriffs department says Charles Anderson, Rachel Cloud and Wilson Stevens robbed the Sabine state bank in forest hill on September 11th.
The Alexandria police department says Charles Anderson, Rachel Cloud and Wilson Stevens also robbed the Evangeline bank in Alexandria on September 23rd.
Anderson was arrested on September 30th after allegedly robbing the Sabine state bank in Forest Hill again. He was arrested along with Precious Stevens. Wilson Stevens and Precious Stevens are siblings.
RPSO says Anderson and Stevens gave up the other two under interrogation.
All involved are looking at armed robbery charges.
Anderson and Wilson Stevens have already served time for previous bank robberies.
