A suburban Philadelphia landlord is accused of placing hidden cameras throughout his apartments and secretly videotaping female tenants for years.
Police said hidden cameras and audio equipment were found in the bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms of at least three apartments that Thomas Daley owned in Norristown.
Authorities said no cameras were found in apartments currently rented by men.
Daley was arrested Friday.
Police said he told them he had been making the secret recordings for about 20 years.
Norristown police began to investigate after a tenant found a camera in her apartment.
Wires from it led to a recording system in the basement.
Daley is being held on $1 million cash bail.
His preliminary hearing is set for later this month.
