Missing West Virginia woman found in Alexandria

A West Virginia man has been arrested for allegedly abducting an elderly woman from an assisted living facility there.  Alexandria police officers got a call from authorities in Brooke County, West Virginia saying that David Matthews, who was wanted on abduction charges, was at the Red River Bank on Jackson Street.  Police responded and arrested Matthews and found the woman 67 year old Nancy Jean Seals.  According to news reports from West Virginia, Seals was allegedly left the Valley Haven Geriatric Center last week.  She was taken to Huey P. Long hospital where she was treated for dehydration and heat exposure.  White is in jail awaiting extradition charges.  We have a crew working to bring you more on the story.  Stay tuned to Newschannel 5 and KALB.com for more information.
