The 48th annual Rapides Parish Fair continues Friday and as part of tradition, senior citizens received some special attention, but one woman stood out above the rest, as she was honored for her hard work of community service. News Channel 5’s Leigh Culbert has the story from the fair’s annual Senior Citizens’ Day.
