A Florida resident is traveling cross-country on a bicycle to raise awareness that New Orleans is still in need of assistance from damages caused by hurricanes Katrina and Rita. News Channel 5’s Leigh Culbert caught up with the man and his crew while they stopped in Alexandria Wednesday morning, and as she reports - the journey has been a long one, but well worth it.
