On Tuesday (11-11-08) the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Department received a complaint in reference to a missing 12 year old girl.

The girl was staying at a friend’s house in Deville.

According to RPSO,  the girl called 18 year Warren Russell Breaux to come pick her up from her friend’s house.

Breaux allegedly complied, picked up the girl without her parent’s permission and brought the girl to his home at 1535 Louisiana Highway 115, Lot C in Deville.

Deputies went to that address and found the girl and Breaux’s 14 year old brother.

Deputies say the home was full of animal feces and rotten food.

The girl was released to her parents and the brother was removed from the home and turned over to Child Services.

Deputies were notified of sexual relations between Breaux and the girl after the arrest.

Breaux is alleged to have had sex with the girl on 4 different occasions.

Breaux is charged with 4 counts of Aggravated Rape due to the girl’s age and 1 felony count of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

Not only is this guy sick.. real sick..and he deserves whatever he gets. Also, I think the girl needs some sort of guidance, whether its mental or emotional issues. And she also needs to be disciplined by authorities, she knew what she was doing also! And needs to be taught that its wrong!!! VERY WRONG!!! If they make this story pointing to her as a poor victim, she will just have sex again on first chance she gets, and again.. if caught, it will be another rape?? I feel very sorry for her, and her cry out for love and positive attention she is out seeking from men, when she should be hugged and loved and protected at home.
