Nancy Henry

Nancy Henry is a native of Alexandria.  She attended L.S. Rugg Elementary and Bolton High School, but transferred to Pineville High School her junior year, where she graduated in 1989.

In 1993 she moved to Ashland, OR where she attended Rogue Community College and Southern Oregon University studying graphic arts and web design.  She was recruited in 1996 to work for the Ashland Agency and later Future Graphics, Ltd.

She has a passion for cooking and has owned and operated two restaurants; Daddy O’s in Ashland, Oregon and Saucy’s Southern Grill in Medford, Oregon.

She returned to central Louisiana in 2005 and became the webmaster and graphic artist for the Alexandria Zoo until September of 2007, but remained a volunteer at the zoo until earlier this year.

Nancy lives in Deville with her husband Garry, and two daughters Lily and Megan.

She has been working at KALB since June of 2008.
